This London Dry gin has been distilled with locally foraged (Bolton) blackcurrant leaf and berries. With other signature botanicals of liquorice root, star anise and locally made earl grey tea. Serve with elderflower or Mediterranean tonic and garnish with a slice of apple or wheel of orange.
